The safety of every participant is our highest priority. Cabarete.Boston operates under a MITUR-licensed framework and carries specialized commercial liability insurance covering watersports instruction and adventure tourism activities in the Dominican Republic.
Every participant must sign a comprehensive Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver before any activity. The waiver clearly outlines the inherent risks of the five watersports.
All participants must provide proof of third-party travel insurance that includes a minimum of US$100,000 for Emergency Medical Evacuation and Repatriation of Remains, plus adequate medical expense coverage and an adventure-sports endorsement. This requirement is non-negotiable.
Every rider wears a waterproof GPS safety bracelet with 24/7 monitoring and instant location capability. Combined with certified instructors and a dedicated rescue boat on standby, this gives both participants and parents maximum peace of mind.
